For years I have made guacamole with the little envelope of seasoning that the grocery store sells next to the avocados.  But  sometimes when they run out of the mix, that means, no guacamole today.  I finally decided to venture out to the internet in search of a recipe to make my own guacamole without the seasoning packet and lo and behold I found a really good one. Now I can make guacamole to my hearts content with items I usually have in my pantry. Watch the video below to see how it all goes together and to print the full recipe.

It starts with a few simple ingredients; avacados, cilantro, onion, tomato, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, & cumin.

Combine together and chill for an hour for optimum flavor.
