Last summer I helped a friend with food for a wedding reception. We made this lovely plate of skewered fruit. When arranged on a round dish it looked just like a rainbow. It had strawberries, cantaloupe, fresh pineapple, green grapes, blueberries and red grapes, on a 6″ skewer. What a lovely addition it made to the buffet table. We actually made over 300 of these skewers for a group of about 150 people, and not a single one was left after the event. A real crowd pleaser!
