This is something my mom made alot. For some reason, it took me years to perfect it so it turned out like hers. This one is pretty darn close.
Mom's Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Cup Onion, diced
- 2 T. Oil
- 2 pound ground beef
- 2 can tomato soup
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook onions and celery in oil until tender
- Remove from pan
- Brown the ground beef and drain off excess fat
- Add the cooked onions, celery, tomato soup & soy sauce and combine thoroughly
- Stir in the cooked noodles until they all looked evenly coated with the meat sauce mixture
- Transfer to a baking dish
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly
